Please read these terms before submitting a request for a Business Review or engaging Helm & Flint in any capacity.
Helm & Flint is a business systems and growth consultancy (ABN 60 635 436 087). We provide Business Reviews, in two complimentary stages, and paid implementation services to owner-operated service businesses.
When you submit a request for a complimentary Business Review, Stage One, you are requesting that Helm & Flint research your business using publicly available information and provide observations and recommendations based on what we find. This may extend into a complimentary Business Review, Stage Two, examining your systems and workflows in more depth. There is no obligation on either party to proceed further at any stage.
Both stages of the Business Review are based solely on publicly available information and information you provide at the time of preparation. They represent our honest observations and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome or result.
Any paid engagement, being Implementation, will be agreed in writing before work commences. A separate service agreement will be provided at that stage, setting out the scope of work, fees, timelines, and terms specific to that engagement, and work only commences once that agreement is signed and payment received.
Nothing in these terms constitutes an agreement to provide paid services.
Helm & Flint takes care to ensure the information in any review is accurate and honestly presented. However, we rely on publicly available information and information provided by you. We are not responsible for outcomes arising from information that was inaccurate, incomplete, or not disclosed to us.
Our services are recommendations and systems implementation, not legal, financial, or medical advice. Where specialist advice is required, we will say so clearly.
All documents, reports, and materials produced by Helm & Flint remain the intellectual property of Helm & Flint until full payment is received for any paid engagement. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of deliverables created specifically for your business passes to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helm & Flint's liability in connection with any service is limited to the amount paid by you for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
